The next phase of the Harrison's woodland management project will be going ahead in November 2013. Volunteers will be needed on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December and possibly the following weekend.
The main focus of work will be cutting and moving felled trees and bracken to make way for more light to get to the rocks below Isolated Buttress area. This will allow more native species of plants to grow on the woodland floor and also the extra sunlight will reach the damp rock to dry it out, so we can all enjoy climbing for years to come.
